What is Stakeholders and Objectives of SDLC




Objectives of (SDLC):


The objectives of the system development life cycle (SDLC) are as follows:
  1. Delivery of quality system that meets with every customer every expectation.
  2. Delivery of the inexpensive and cost effective software which are easily maintainable. 
  3. Maximize productivity in terms of the system delivered. 
  4. One of the major objectives of SDLC is to establish an appropriate level of management authority to direct, coordinate control, review and approved the software development project. 
  5. (SDLC) should ensure their project management accountability. 
  6. Ensuring that projects are development within the current and planned Information Technology infrastructure. 
  7. (SDLC) should identify the potential project risks in advance so that proper planning should be done.

Stakeholders of (SDLC):


Those entities which are either within the organization or outside of the organization that sponsor a project, have an interest or have the intention to give it after its successful completion, may have a positive or negative influence in the project completion are called Stakeholders



What is Stakeholders and Objectives of SDLC


Project Stakeholders include the customers, the project manager, the development team and the testers. All those who have some interest in the project can be considered as Stakeholders update project. 

The individuals as well as the organizations that are actively involved in the project, our house interest may be affected as a result of project execution our project completion are the part of stakeholders. It is the duty of the project management team to identify the Stakeholders, determine the requirements, expectations and manage their influence in relation to the requirements to ensure a successful project.




Role of Stakeholders:


The basic rules of the Stakeholders are:



  1. A system resources such as time, money, equipment ware needed with provided to the project team by the stakeholders.
  2. Stakeholders educate the developers about their business. 
  3. They spend more time to provide the information and clarify requirements to the analysts and developers
  4. Make timely decisions. 
  5. Respect a developer assessment of cost and feasibility. 
  6. Set requirements priorities. Review and provide timely feedback. 
  7. Promptly communicate changes to requirements.
